Prunes are a natural pairing with tangy dairy products, like cream cheese. This starter leaves a lasting impression on every guest, as prunes perfectly round off the mix of velvety textures, crunchy toppings, and vibrant flavors in this recipe.
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and diced prunes. Spread the cream cheese in an even layer on a clean cutting board. Spread with prosciutto, cucumber, radishes, figs and whole prunes evenly across the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the top with microgreens and serve with baguette slices.

100 g diced prunes
100 g whole pitted prunes
100 g prosciutto slices
150 g cucumber, thinly sliced
½ bunch radishes, thinly sliced
2 fresh figs, stemmed and quartered
Handful of microgreens, such as watercress (optional)
